Do you accept refunds on digital products?

Unfortunately due to the nature of a digital product, once the purchase is made and access is granted, we are unable to revoke or refund the transaction.

How do I save the PDF to my phone?

Check out this quick video tutorial! I reccomend opening the PDF in your email (on your phone), then on iPhones hit the “share” button, then search for your “Books” app. You may have to extend your search for the app manually. Once you click on the “Books” app, your PDF should automatically save into that application for you and links should be easily clickable.

What if I forgot to download my PDF within the 24 hour window?
